Good: David, He always took care of my family and its 5 cars. Bad: We have been taking our 4 cars to Crossroads since we moved to this area. The only one worth talking to is David, who actually thinks you might be equals and are worth sitting in there waiting room while they eyeball you and try there best to make you feel uncomfortable. We recently received a few coupons and needed to take two cars in for oil changes one for a allignment and a new one that needed a head gasket replaced. The first car we took our total was $98. So I call ahead of time and talked with David. Improvements: If you get an exact quote and call twice and ask about services, amount to be charged and coupon to be used, that when you arrive they stay to there word, not tell you that you are $2.13 short so you can no longer use your coupons, "why dont you go and try to get some more money and will see what we can do" Disgracefull????. Other: Customer Service is just that its about the customer and giving them what is promised..
