OK, I guess they do good work. But, at what expense? This is the only automotive repair shop I know of where the lobby is staffed with suit & tie specialists (glorified receptionists) who take care of you. I am thinking that the paychecks for this additional staff is what makes their service so expensive. Too many "frills". Too many charges for "diagnostics". Just give me a greasy guy who knows what he is talking about and can fix my car for the least amount of money possible.
