I brought my car in to have repaired what I thought was an electrical short (since my battery and alternator checked out OK at the local parts store). They ran a diagnostic test and told me that the alternator was bad. However, after I explained the symptoms of the problem and that the alternator had already checked out good, they went back with this additional info to re-check their work. They found a fuse that had gone bad. They replaced the fuse (which remedied the problem) & didn't charge me for the fuse or for the diagnostics - AND apologized repeatedly for wasting my time.
I believe Crossroads Automotive to be an honest and reputable business.
