Cody arrived well within the hour time quoted for the service call and he even called me approx. 10 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know his actual ETA. He was extremely polite and professional, answered all of my questions (and I had many) and he left our home as good as he found it. I was thoroughly impressed with is level of knowledge, not only in HVAC systems, but in regards to several questions I asked about whole house humidifiers and even my hot water heater. He clearly knows his profession! I greatly appreciated his comments on things he found that I should be somewhat concerned with now and his suggestions on ways I could further enhance the performance of my systems moving forward without the typical “ hard sales pitch” pressure that other company’s technicians often do! I have asked for him to reduce his findings and suggestions to writing and to provide me a quote for taking care of a few of those suggestions. He will be providing this information to me via e-mail. Bottom-line, a GREAT service experience and I look forward to continuing my relationship with TLC!
