I discovered a leak in my basement which seemed to be coming from somewhere near the water heater. Since I have had a long-standing service contract with another company, I called them immediately. Their response: "We don't do water heaters. You'll need to call someone else." Thank goodness I called TLC! Barrie was out that afternoon and found the origin of the problems the instant he got to the basement. He explained everything, told me how the replacement would go, fixed another issue right away, and was back the next day with the new water heater. His professionalism and his patience with explaining and reassuring me as he talked me through it all was above-and-beyond. And his work ethic and integrity are simply superb. And kudos to Cody, who came out to check on my overall system for the contract, and to the office staff who called frequently to update me on arrivals.
I've dumped my old heating/air conditioning company and signed a new contract with TLC. Quite frankly, there's no other company with which I would prefer to work. Top-of-the-line all the way.
