SO MUCH FUN! I came here with a bunch of friends for a birthday party before we went out and hit up the town and I didn't know what to expect but it was a blast. The staff was pleasant and the finished product came out great. It was also almost therapeutic... I would l definitely recommend it and without a doubt going back. more

This was a really fun place -- ** in concept.** I had frequented this business a few time because I have two young children, lots of mommy friends, and a need to have a good, local place for a play date that doesn't include ball pits and food (LOL). Unfortunately, each time reinforced my last bad experience. The prices are very, very high -- even for pottery. Whereas I could justify that if we had a fantastic time, the management there always left a bad taste in our mouth. When we had Groupons to use, it was a hassle. When we had challenges (broken pottery upon pickup), there was no hint of customer service to make it right. It's as if the person in charge here doesn't realize that moms make a village and their voices can be quite loud. I'm not the type to shout from my Facebook about a business, however, I've seen many of my friends do so about this place, which is very disappointing. The bad thing is that there aren't any other pottery places on this side of Staten Island, which is why I think this type of poor customer service just continues. It's too bad.... :( more

I took my six year old daughter and her friend here on a day off from school. They both picked the same crown-shaped pencil holder. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The store was clean and they had a lot of paint colors to choose from. The objects came out beautiful and my the kids were very pleased. It was a little expensive (around $50 for both kids) but I have taken her to paint pottery at other establishments and they were not any cheaper. This location was on par with what studios are charging - just be prepared for the cost. more

We had our party there this weekend. The children had a blast painting and dancing & play musical chairs no body lost. The girls were on top of our party. The children did not have a moment to stop. We wished we could have more time to play even after 2 hours. The pieces are already handed back to my guest. It did not take a week. We love the plates the children decorated so cute. My daughter loves that all her friends made it for her. We are planning to have a group of use go to paint. Love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the arrogance of the woman at the studio today. The party was okay. I had to clean, as the girls were ready to put my cloths over existing dirty ones,decorate, and clean-up even though they claim it is part of the package. The room was hot and the event coordinators had to be instructed to put on music and have the kids interact. As for today, the pieces were ready. My birthday plate, included in the price, was a mess (the professionals, term used loosely, were the only painters for this one) smudged the paint, wrote over her hand, and broke up the word Birthday incorrectly! I went back and asked for the plate to be redone and the two VERY ARROGANT AND VERY SMUG women absolutely refused to make it right. I am so disappointed. I live in the neighborhood, have many friends, and now thanks to these two VERY UNPROFESSIONAL women they have a unhappy client who is not going to have nice things to say. Sad in this economy. more
