Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the arrogance of the woman at the studio today. The party was okay. I had to clean, as the girls were ready to put my cloths over existing dirty ones,decorate, and clean-up even though they claim it is part of the package. The room was hot and the event coordinators had to be instructed to put on music and have the kids interact. As for today, the pieces were ready. My birthday plate, included in the price, was a mess (the professionals, term used loosely, were the only painters for this one) smudged the paint, wrote over her hand, and broke up the word Birthday incorrectly! I went back and asked for the plate to be redone and the two VERY ARROGANT AND VERY SMUG women absolutely refused to make it right. I am so disappointed. I live in the neighborhood, have many friends, and now thanks to these two VERY UNPROFESSIONAL women they have a unhappy client who is not going to have nice things to say. Sad in this economy.
