I had a not so nice surprise recently when I returned to my parked car at the Oakland Airport. It had been hit, the side was scratched and the bumper was dented and hanging. I have had very little experience with auto accidents or damages, thankfully. I took it the next day to Crocketts for an estimate and met with Aaron. From that point forward I must admit the process was fairly painless, with the exception of the lightening of my checkbook for the deductible! The damage was fixed and the results were excellent. The vehicle was turned around in three days and it looks beautiful. You and your staff deserve to take a bow for a job well done. I had a great experience this afternoon at Crockett Auto Body. I had just been in a parking lot in Martinez doing some shopping. I parked very far away so that no one would hit my car. When I came out just 10 minutes later someone had opened a car door very roughly (maybe even on purpose and scraped the side of my car, even taking some paint off. I stopped at Crockett Auto Body and met Aaron Todd. I showed him the damages and he asked me to give him a few minutes to see if he could get the scratches out. Well- guess what! He actually got all of them out. Then he proceeded to match the paint of my car (which is a very unique color) and he touched the area up where the paint had been scraped off. He didn't charge me anything and just told me to make sure I came back there if I had any other problems. What? Who does anything like that anymore? He was polite, helpful and very willing to help. This isn't my first trip to Crockett Auto Body but I have always had excellent service. I recommend this business very highly and will return there if I have any other problems. I can't say enough good things about this body shop! If you need body work done in the Pinole area, this is where you should go. We moved from Pinole to Martinez and still drive over there to get our car's fixed because we don't think we could find anyone better. I never thought I'd yelp about a great experience at a body shop but they are so nice that I wanted to pass on my good experience. We've had three cars fixed here over the last couple years. (One was a major repair when hit by another driver, two were small dings that were just dumb luck on our part). The people there are always friendly and helpful, the office is clean and nice to wait in, I always feel like I get a great deal and even though I know nothing about cars, I've never felt like I have had to over pay. For example: I was in there recently because the bumper came loose on our car, the dealership looked at it first and said we'd have to replace the whole thing for a couple thousand dollars! They didn't give us any other options. So we said no thanks and we took it to Crockett's for an estimate and to see if it could just be repaired or the cost of the bumper there. They also told us that it was torn on the inside but it was almost $600 less to replace the bumper then at the dealer, and even better... they popped the old bumper back in place for me right there (took about 30 seconds) while we think about it we want to get a new one, just to be nice! (the tear is on the inside so the car looks like new again!) It should hold for awhile unless we catch it on something else again and now I have time to save up for the new bumper! I was so happy to get a better estimate and have the car look nice again in the mean time!!! I felt like it was great customer service and super nice. We'll be back here for sure. more

State Farm suggested that I take my car to Crocketts after an old lady scratched it up pulling into a parking spot. I'm so glad that I did. The work that they did was flawless - it looks brand new. Recently I had to have some minor work done and they went above and beyond the call, repaiirng the bumper and leaving my "vintage" baby looking like new. Aaron Todd and his team rock! I am from out of state and was visiting family in Calif. when I received some rear bumper damage. "Crocketts Premier Auto Body" was highly recommended by my brother-in-law and I experienced the reason why. Adriana the receptionist was helpful, professional even offered coffee while I waited for Aaron Todd. Aaron gave me a complete, detailed preliminary estimate, went over the estimate with me and answered all my questions. This was on Fri. but, since I was leaving on Monday they could not due the work. To my surprise Aaron said he would touch up the paint which would help with the appearance until I got back home and could have the damage taken care of. They matched the paint perfectly. Gave me the small bottle of paint did a very good job of concealing the defect on my bumper at no cost to me. I also met Thomas Welsh who offered to help me locate an auto body shop in my area. A very professional, helpful, courteous establishment. more

Very nice! I got into an accident and they fixed my bummer. They did an excellent job and even cleaned my car. It needed it! They were very friendly and they were willing to drive me to the rental car place. There commercials are pretty funny too. more

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but Crocketts took such good care of me that I thought it was only fair to take a few minutes to thank them. Outstanding service starting from my phone call to schedule the appointment, to picking up my vehicle only a few days later. The receptionist was friendly and even offered to have a shuttle take me back to work when I dropped my car off. Vince was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car. This was a brand new car I had just purchased for my fiance. After only having it for a couple of weeks someone ran into her, smashed in the fender and knocked her bumper off. When I picked up her car it looked brand new (like before the accident). I need to look over the part list again to see what was replaced because I cannot tell which parts are new and which were already on there. It is amazing what these guys can do. thank you! more

The week before Thanksgiving break I left work late, drove home, pulled into my driveway and noticed that someone had hit my car bumper while it was parked at work. Major bummer! I took my car to Crocketts and they were extremely helpful. I got there just before closing and they took the time to look over the car (while it was raining) and I got an estimate right away (plus some green tea -nice touch!). I was able to schedule a repair appointment this week. Dropped my car off on Monday. Picked up a rental car, drove to work, got a call today (Tuesday) that my car would be ready. The car was as good as new. Clean, repaired and all ready. Aaron and the staff at Crocketts are great! Very friendly, prompt, and courteous. They even offered to return the rental car for me. The whole experience was hassle free. Great company! Thank you! I will definitely recommend Crocketts to others!!!! more

Crockett Premier came highly recommended a few years ago when my Mitsubishi was hit at the Bart Station. Although I didn't take my car in for repairs, Crockett Premier stayed on my list of repair shops if I ever needed car repairs. Well I needed repairs, someone scraped the bumper on the driver's side of my Brand New BMW 328i. I went in to Crockett for an estimate. Upon walking in the door the receptionist was pleasant and professional. I arrived just before closing on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with Vincent Vega, after giving Vincent a brief description of my reason for being there, we walked out so Vincent could survey the damage and provide me with a quote. Vincent Vega explained in detail what would be done to repair my car. Vincent then provided me with a quote and stated it would take 2-3 days to complete the work . I made an appt. on the spot. I took my car in the following Wednesday and received a call from Vincent Vega that Friday afternoon stating my car was ready for pick up. Once I arrived to pick up my car Vincent and I went out so I could check out the work. My car looked no different then it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism of staff at Crockett Premier. The service was outstanding the premises is clean and organized. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Crocketts Premium Auto Body. more
