I had a great experience this afternoon at Crockett Auto Body. I had just been in a parking lot in Martinez doing some shopping. I parked very far away so that no one would hit my car. When I came out just 10 minutes later someone had opened a car door very roughly (maybe even on purpose and scraped the side of my car, even taking some paint off. I stopped at Crockett Auto Body and met Aaron Todd. I showed him the damages and he asked me to give him a few minutes to see if he could get the scratches out. Well- guess what! He actually got all of them out. Then he proceeded to match the paint of my car (which is a very unique color) and he touched the area up where the paint had been scraped off. He didn't charge me anything and just told me to make sure I came back there if I had any other problems. What? Who does anything like that anymore? He was polite, helpful and very willing to help. This isn't my first trip to Crockett Auto Body but I have always had excellent service. I recommend this business very highly and will return there if I have any other problems. Thanks so much Aaron!
