I had a not so nice surprise recently when I returned to my parked car at the Oakland Airport. It had been hit, the side was scratched and the bumper was dented and hanging. I have had very little experience with auto accidents or damages, thankfully. I took it the next day to Crocketts for an estimate and met with Aaron. From that point forward I must admit the process was fairly painless, with the exception of the lightening of my checkbook for the deductible! The damage was fixed and the results were excellent. The vehicle was turned around in three days and it looks beautiful. You and your staff deserve to take a bow for a job well done. Pinole is lucky to have you as a member of our business community.
