The guy did an ok job I guess. It was very difficult for me to move all my furniture; still haven't been able to finish putting my house back together again. The other thing I didn't appreciate is the "bait & switch" technique. The lady who scheduled the service said it would cost $90. After he got here, it was $130 to do a "good" job. He tried to get me to pay yet another $20 for the traffic areas, which I declined. more

I met the people from Coyote Carpet Cleaning at the Phoenix Pet Expo, which is a huge for me because I have 4 dogs. I had also done some rescue work, and I had a odor problem in the house. Coyote Carpet Cleaning came in and fixed it. They're the only ones who could. Trevor came in to do the work, and he went down into the pads below the carpet. He told me he'd worked with other companies before and said they were actually doing it wrong. Then another kid came by recently when we needed some more work done, and he was also fantastic. A friend of mine told me a story recently about her experience with another competing carpet company, and she was not thrilled with what they did. She had them come back for more grout work after their service and then a third time before they got it right. Their associate wiped across one of their steps after the cleaning and showed her that there was still work to do, but when she asked them to clean it again, he said it it would be five dollars more per step. Long story short, Coyote Carpet Cleaning is the best. more

Service was fine but I felt I may have been overcharged. I was billed for an extra room but my living room-dining area do not exceed 200 square foot. In the past I've been charged for 3 rooms. more

I felt that the carpets where left a little too wet. Also the price ended up a LOT HIGHER than i expected. The person taking the appointment should have asked me more questions, and could have given me a more realistic price over the phone. This way i could have been more prepared for when they gave me the total cost. I was not ready for the price to be almost double from what i was originaly quoted over the phone. The tech was good and the carpets turned out nice. Just dissapointed in the final cost. more

We needed a quick cleaning to get one of houses listed. Coyote got out their quickly and did an outstanding job. We got so many compliments on the nice carpet. We got the house under contract in 4 days!!! Thanks so much! more

When I called, the man on the phone answered all my questions and was very friendly. I had no trouble setting up my appointment. I was a bit put-off by the fact that they do not vacuum, I had to do that myself the night before the cleaning. The cleaning was fine, with the exception that there are still a few stains on my bedroom carpet. The carpet was dry by morning. I wish the man had put something over his shoes when he came in the house, because my wood floors were very dirty when he left. Overall, the service and price were pretty much the same I could get anywhere. I could probably just save up and buy my own machine and get the same results next time. RESPONSE FROM Coyote Carpet Cleaning: All of our work is covered by our 100 satisfaction GUARANTEE. In regards to the pre vacuuming, due to health guidelines, most carpet cleaning companies do not offer that service any longer, the reason is that if the prior house that we vacuumed has cats and you are allergic to them, we take the high risk of contaminating your house. For this reason we ask that you pre-vacuum prior to our arrival. I am pleased to hear that your carpets were dry by morning The technicians should always have a pair of shoe covers; I will make sure this is taken care of. The only negative part of the experience was that it took 24 hours for the carpets to dry. But at least I know they were really deep cleaned. I would highly recommend the pet treatment too! more

Coyote steam cleaned our sofa and we were very satisfied. However on a different day (same week) another technician steam cleaned our area rug, and we won't use Coyote again. He did not get the rug clean. He added an additional $10 "trip fee" to our bill (even though the first technician did not do this). He wrote our credit card info down incorrectly, and called back later to capture it again. Then, he called back again to say that he left his black light and would be back the next day to retrieve it. RESPONSE FROM Coyote Carpet Cleaning: All of our work is guaranteed 100 satisfaction. I will contact you today, and re-clean your rug. I am pleased to hear that you are satisied with the upholstery cleaning. We will do what it takes to make you happy. I am sorry for your inconvenience. Having to call and capture your credit card information and holding that flashlight for a few days so that he could pick it up was obviously a hardship for you, I apologize for that. They did a fabulous job, however, had an unfavorable start regarding the pricing. Had to call a supervisor to rectify before I would allow the work to be done. Once the pricing issue was corrected, they did the job and did great work. One of the workers was not so pleasant, but the other one was very nice and courteous. more
