I met the people from Coyote Carpet Cleaning at the Phoenix Pet Expo, which is a huge for me because I have 4 dogs. I had also done some rescue work, and I had a odor problem in the house. Coyote Carpet Cleaning came in and fixed it. They're the only ones who could.
Trevor came in to do the work, and he went down into the pads below the carpet. He told me he'd worked with other companies before and said they were actually doing it wrong. Then another kid came by recently when we needed some more work done, and he was also fantastic.
A friend of mine told me a story recently about her experience with another competing carpet company, and she was not thrilled with what they did. She had them come back for more grout work after their service and then a third time before they got it right. Their associate wiped across one of their steps after the cleaning and showed her that there was still work to do, but when she asked them to clean it again, he said it it would be five dollars more per step.
Long story short, Coyote Carpet Cleaning is the best.
