I cannot honesty say I was satisfied with the service. After Chris finished cleaning around 9:45 am, I turned on the ceiling fans and a floor fan, opened the windows and left for the rest of the afternoon to do errands while the carpet dried. That usually takes 4-6 hours. Imagine my chagrin when I returned home at 6:45 PM, to find the carpets still COMPLETELY SATURATED after almost 9 hours. When I walked across the carpet with sock on, the socks were sopping wet. I could not move furniture back in place, nor do anything really with the carpets so wet. I had to leave the ceiling fans and floor fan on all night----it was colder inside my house than outside. I have NEVER had such wet carpets after having them cleaned. The one bedroom without a ceiling fan was still damp this morning at 8:00 am. I have moved the floor fan into that room for today.
What concerns me is whether the equipment that is supposed to "suck up" the moisture and dirt was working at all.
So no----I will not be giving any referrals for Coyote Carpet Clelaning.
RESPONSE FROM Coyote Carpet Cleaning:
We apologize for your inconvenience. When we apply a major pet treatment, it takes sometimes days to dry, that is actually a good thing because its an enzyme treatment. The more time it is wet, gives the enzymes more time to work. It is always best to leave the areas covered with the plastic. I am sorry that the technician didnt explain that in greater detail. We will address it in our weekly training.
