Might have the deals, but really have to watch every thing they do.. everything.. customer service is very poor.. but get a good deal.. if you pay attention to the facts and figures.. thats a must.. found many errors.. once brought to there attention, then fixed..but I had to do the work.. good thing this wasn't my first time at buying a car.. I think they could take advantage of someone who didn't have experience.. I would also pay attention to there on line prices and what they charge you for the same vehicle. be careful of certain ones.. I won't mention names.. they know who they are.. more

Very pleasant service experience 12/30/2011

I had just purchased a Mustang from a dealer in Ohio. I had a 'Check fuel inlet"" error that I needed to have checked. Sue at the service desk wrote me up and asked if there was anything else so I added I've noticed a strange clatter from the engine when cold. She called later and told me there was a service bulletin on the clatter but asked if I had a performance chip. The reason they wondered was that they had discovered after market racing suspension parts had been installed. She also mentioned that there were holes drilled in the trunk that may void the warranty on the error code as the evap canister may have been drilled though causing the error. She noted my puzzlement and offered to send a driver over to pick me up so I could see what she was referring to. She and the mechanic (Andy) walked me through the aftermarket parts and the evap system issues. The mechanic, a mustang racer himself, assured me that though the car looked as if it had been raced, he had checked it over and driven it and it was a pretty solid car. All in all, the exchange with both Sue and Andy was very pleasant and encouraging and helpful...and that is not to mention Fred the courtesy driver who is a very personable fellow who made the ride back and forth very pleasant...the type of guy that seems like you've known forever. I will definitely return for all my maintenance needs. And they also matched the lowest price for a set of Perilli P Zero Nero tires! more

I bought my SUV from Courtesy Ford last October after shopping at a couple of other Ford dealers in the area. It wasn't the closest dealership to my house, but the sales team was great. My salesman was really low key. No pressure whatsoever. I made several trips to the dealer. First, just to test drive the SUV and my sales rep. There wasn't any sort of pressure to buy on my first trip. I called ahead and requested a particular SUV on my second visit and took it for a test drive. I had originally asked for a quote through their internet sales office and the price was honored when I was ready to buy. My sales rep even tried to find me some additional discounts. I didn't have a trade so there wasn't any hassling over that. I was in and out on that second trip within an hour. more

Insulting. 11/7/2011

All set to drive off the lot with our new Edge, having the old Edge insurance switched, garage door opener deactivated, cell phone synch turned off, key fob turned over and they all of a sudden realized they had ""forgotten"" to add in Tax, Title and License fees?? To the tune of an additional $2000.00??? But, it gets worse. This was after my husband shared a similar experience with a Lincoln dealer 3 years ago? AND it turns out the General Manager who after a very winded and unnecessary explanation of how they attract customers (?) was working at the Lincoln dealership when we had our last bad experience which was too familiar to be coincidental. We walked away with our old Edge after he apologized, which it turns out was not nearly enough to take the bad taste away. NO thanks Courtesy. Pitiful.... more

Awesome! 8/17/2011

After having a horrid, horrid experience with the CROOKS at SUNDANCE CHEVROLET, I decided I needed a second, more reliable vehicle. I ended up buying a 2003 Ford Escape for a decent price. The staff wasn't the usual jovial, outgoing type you would expect from salespeople, but they were nice enough. I noticed after I let the lot the 6 CD player didn't work and the remoted stopped working. I turned right around and took it back. It was just a blown fuse, which the fixed right away. Needless to say, I LOVE MY NEW (used) ESCAPE! YAY!!!!! more

Horrible Sales Experience 6/23/2011

We ordered a Ford Explorer Dec 29th, it was not delivered until the end of May. We ended up paying $2000 more than the agreed price as well. This was a replacement for a GM vehicle, and Ford has an incentive for that. But because of Ford's tardiness our lease, which ended in February (2 months after our order) was too old (over 90 days) from the date we picked up the vehicle, so it was disqualified. Ford apparently has an incentive protection program to lock in incentives at time of ordering, this dealer failed to use it. The price also increased because Ford increased prices. Ford also apparently has an order price protection program, which locks in dealer invoice prices at time of ordering. This dealer failed to use it. I was tempted to leave the vehicle on the lot, but we had been waiting so long and really needed it, we couldn't afford to wait for another one to be ordered. I will never buy from this dealership or use them for anything, ever. I will also likely never buy a Ford again or recommend anyone do so. Supposedly (unless he lied) the sales manager did call Ford to see if they could give us an exception on the incentive since it wasn't our fault it had expired. The guy said no. So it is Ford's fault as much as the dealership's. I just had a phone call from Ford, the lady said she couldn't help me with anything or answer any questions. Why did she call me then? This company is the antithesis of customer service. Next time I'll just get a GM. IF you order your vehicle here, be prepared to pay significantly more than you were quoted when you go to pick it up. more

Easiest car purchase I ever made 2/24/2011

I love being able to shop on line. Working with Courtesy Ford was simple. I looked at lots and lots of used cars. What I liked most about this dealer was the thing they had that showed the price of the car and then showed if the price was higher or lower than other cars. I picked out the used Fusion I wanted and went there. I didn't feel like I was pressured at all. The people there are a lot of fun and made me feel good about buying my car. You can tell they like what they do and helping people. more

What A Wonderful Experience!!!! 2/22/2011

My husband and I looked at the Edge (online) for two months. We finally decided to stop in and get some more information. We got more than that!!! We got new friends for life from the experience that we had! From the knowledgable Sales Person, Sales Manager, and Business Manager, we were more than impressed and with their low-pressure sales...we felt very comfortable. We absolutely LOVE our Edge! My Second Great Buy from Courtesy 9/14/2010

I just purchased a 2007 Pontiac G6, with less than 30k miles, and I am always amazed at the amount of vehicles they have in their inventory with low miles. This was my second purchase from Courtesy, and I know I will always be taken care of, and get the best bng for my buck. I always tell my friends to stop at Courtesy first when they are looking for a good deal. more
