This was when our dog was just a puppy. Dr. Dibbern at Countryside is horrible. He always took it upon himself to add more things to our bill without speaking to us and then proceeded once to not allow us to have our puppy back until we paid. I also had been the first person in the office speaking with him one morning and that afternoon when I picked up the pup he had not clue who I was. My mother in laws cat use to also go to Countryside and always had issues there. He would take it upon himself to update all of her shots even though she had already had them done when she was boarded there. They make you feel like your pet is the most important one 7/7/2011

I love the clinic, its in an older home with lots of woodworking; my dogs think they're going to a friend's house--they're always excited to go. The staff is friendly and upbeat. They make you feel like your pet is the most important one there. You'll find Countryside is a good place for your vet care. more

I highly recommend Countryside for excellent veterinary care. Dr. Dibbern is very thorough and takes time with me and my pets--making sure I understand everything about the medical care needed. It's obviously very important to him that I get all my questions answered. more
