I took my Pug to do his yearly vaccinations, they insisted when I arrived I do a photo with my dog. I stated that I did not want to do a photo at that time. They actually argued with me over it! When my Pug was about to be examined, they decided to put a prong collar on him, even though he was already wearing a harness. They put a muzzle on him that didn't fit, and held it on with their hands on his nose. My dog was yelping in pain as three of them were restraining him. They refused to let me touch or comfort my dog. When I told them that I wanted prong collar removed; they stated that the law required them to restrain my dog. Dr. Dibbern then refused to finish the vaccinations. I will never go back to someone who feels hurting my dog is part of his yearly visit.
