The carpets look very nice. Guy was very polite and professional. And on time. But I am a little baffled by one thing: I for some reason vacuumed the next day after they were cleaned. And I got a lot of residue. So three days later I vacuumed again. Got a lot of residue again. Is this normal? If it is, I might suggest you tell customers to vacuum as soon as the carpet is dry, perhaps several times. If I had a direct email address to you I could send a picture of what I collected. Overall, I was pleased, just puzzled by the amount of dirt I was able to vacuum off the cleaned carpets. Thank you. Lucy Burris (Mrs. Bill)
