I always have a first class experience at Corto's. Holly was wonderful and personable as always. The front desk staff are polite, efficient and helpful. Hats off!

Worst

The service is fine. I just miss the former location, I felt more comfortable there. The pedicure results are fine, my only criticism is that the "girls" talk too much to eachothe...

Cut and color 8/15/2011

I wasn't happy with the color , I still had gray hair in spots - I don't feel it was done properly . I usually color my own hair and wanted to splurge and have it done professionally - I won't do it again . I am happy with the haircut . more

Susie is Superb 8/7/2011

I received a pedicure from Susie at the Hamburg location. She was the best pedicurist I have experienced and I have had more than a few pedis. She was thoroughly professional, made sure that I was comfortable, and my feet have never felt or looked better. The entire salon is clean and luxurious. I especially like the relaxation room with the fire place in the winter for waiting for my nails to dry. I have been to other salons in the area; however, in the Southtowns, I believe Corto's to be my favorite. more

Loved it! It was a gift certificate for my birthday and just perfect. If you have to get older, might as well enjoy it. Jill is awesome...friendly and efficient, but not too chatty..just right. My feet look gorgeous. Should have done it earlier in the summer. Thanks for a great service. more

I have been a client of Lisa's for 5 years and she is amazing! She is always attentive and keeps the conversation moving the entire time she is working on my hair, plus she had perfected my cut, color and style. I love Corto's new salon, the staff makes you feel special from the second you walk in the door until you check out. Everyone is friendly and attentive to your needs. more

Great stylist 8/1/2011

My hair was way too blond so adding some low lights really toned down the color. It was also extremely dry and the products used have really softened my hair. I have had 6 appts with Kaitlyn and my haircut has finally taken shape since she had some work to do. It is so much easier to take care of with the new cut and products and I LOVE the color. more

First time customer 7/14/2011

I came to Corto's Salon and Spa for a one hour massage using a gift certificate I had been given. While the massage was an amazing experience that I definitely hope to do again, I was told by the receptionist that the price of a massage had gone up since the gift certificate was made out. I had to pay an additional five dollars when the certificate was suppose to take care of the cost of the service. Because of the five dollar payment, I was unable to tip the massage therapist as much as I had originally intended more

There are too many services offered, thus, too many people continually milling around. Getting my hair done is not a relaxing activity at all. The personnel at the desk changes often and are not as well informed or helpful as they should be. more
