I always have a first class experience at Corto's. Holly was wonderful and personable as always. The front desk staff are polite, efficient and helpful. Hats off!

Worst

The service is fine. I just miss the former location, I felt more comfortable there. The pedicure results are fine, my only criticism is that the "girls" talk too much to eachothe...

M&T Visit 1/17/2012

Our group LOVED our trip to Corto's this past Saturday Jan 14th. Everyone had so much fun, and were so happy with the service & quality of their treatments. Sue Kennedy helped schedule our large group so we could all come & enjoy together. She walked us through the process & took care of everything so we could focus on enjoying our day! We were very pleased and I know Corto's has gained a few new future clients!! Thank you! more

Had my hair cut with Madeline and as always she did a wonderful job! I always get compliments after her haircuts! I was her last customer yet I never felt rushed and she took her time with me! I love going to Cortos! more

Great facial and a relaxing time!!! 1/13/2012

I had nikki for a seasons facial and not only was she charming but outside of the usualy facial, the massage was the best!! I will tell my friends to goto her and corto's and i can't wait to go back again myself. Thank You to all the staff there and also the secetary at the front desk was great too. What a good group of people you have there :) more

Dissatisfied 12/30/2011

The room was cold, the lotion was cold, the massage therapists hands were cold. She was rough and kept pinching me. I could not relax and I left feeling disappointed. more

I had a pedicure by Susie at the end of November...and I must say, it was absolutely amazing. I was a little hesitant at first because I am extremely tickelish, but Susie knew exactly what to do. She knew what pressure point to squeeze so the tickling would be at a minimum. and the massage? OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'll for sure be back...I am more than pleased with my pedicure and I have already referred some of my family to come in! more

Expensive 12/19/2011

My first visit to Corto's staff was very warm and welcoming. However during consultation my stylist insisted I choose a haircolor from the Goldwell hair samples rather than asking her to match the color I saw in one of Cortos Hair coloring books. It was difficult for me to match the Goldwell hair samples to the hair color in their book as I am not a color specialist. My hair color turned out ok. I would not recommend Cortos to anyone as I felt Cortos was too expensive for the same service I was receiving at a salon and spa in Williamsville (Cortos was 40% more in price). Again, friendly staff but prices were way too high. more

Calming and Amazing 12/4/2011

I found my experience to be just as I expected and so much more. My nails were done to perfection, have already receieved many compliments. My toe nails were done glittery and I feel like my toes are at a party, even if covered with socks. Thank you so much for your service with a smile. more
