I always have a first class experience at Corto's. Holly was wonderful and personable as always. The front desk staff are polite, efficient and helpful. Hats off!

Worst

The service is fine. I just miss the former location, I felt more comfortable there. The pedicure results are fine, my only criticism is that the "girls" talk too much to eachothe...

Beautiful Location & Great Service but Sup-par Manicure 10/24/2011

I was disappointed bc I had heard great thing about the manicures at Corto's but what I received was just alright. My nails were not filed evenly & the French manicure I got was also not painted evenly. I also believe they charged me for a full Signature Manicure but bc I asked for gel nails they couldn't do anything with lotion or give me a hand massage. I was fine with this but I believe that I shouldn't have been charged the full price then. I would consider going back if my issues were addressed bc the staff were very friendly and it was just gorgeous inside! more

Pedicure 10/23/2011

The lady I had performing my pedicure was very, very slow. Whe I first got to my chair for my pedicure and put my feet in the water it was so hot that I couldn't keep my feet in the water. When the pedicurist tried to fix it the water was too cold. My mom also got a pedicure at the same time and her water was literly ice cold and they did not make it much warmer for the rest of her pedicure. We have always had good experiences but lately the quality is lacking for the price. more

Upon arrival, a prompt greeting and a coffee, tea, or hot apple cider. Little or no waiting for your appointment. Expert styling, cut, color, etc. with consideration for your personal preferences. Always a pleasure to visit Corto's! more

Hair Cut 10/20/2011

I just moved to the Buffalo area and tried Corto's sigth unseen. My stylist, Renee, was fantastic. She took time to find out what I was looking for in a haircut and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend going to Corto's! more

Cut, Color, Wax 10/12/2011

I've been a client of Corto's for about 6-7 years. Missy always does a great job, makes me laugh and is always in a good mood!!!!! I speak of Cortos in the highest regard when I am asked where I go... I might suggest a new waxing product however. I don't consider my skin sensitive but that brow wax actually did some damage to my skin, it was apparent for about a week afterwards!! more
