There is never a lack of anxiety when faced with plumbing problems in your house. All it took was one call to Cornerstone to solve the problem. They responded rapidly to my concerns with a potential broken pipes under the cement slab. They provided a good assessment, options with quotes and time estimates for me to consider, and explained the process in detail. Too easy as a customer. I decided on a full house re-pipe since all the pipes below the slab were over 40 years old and the Cornerstone warranty is excellent. Upon decision and setting up the service repair appointment, the service just got better. The Service Technicians, Danny N. and Anthony N., called me to ask if it was ok for them to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment (yeck yeah!), arrived on site, conducted a thorough walk through of the house, asked questions about my house (very appreciative), and explained thoroughly the maintenance they would need to do to complete their work. Up to this point they were extremely professional, friendly, and compassionate about the damage and disruption of having a maintenance team working in the house. After all my questions were answered, Danny N. and Anthony N. began the work. They operated like a well-oiled machine. They asked questions for clarification and approval for the access panels and cuts they needed to make to access the bathrooms and kitchen. As a homeowner, I found no surprises on the work they had done or access panels they needed to cut in the wall or behind the kitchen cabinets. Danny and Anthony were very thorough, worked quickly, and completed the re-pipe that looks professionally installed from a homeowner's perspective. I cannot express enough gratitude to Cornerstone, their service, and especially to Danny and Anthony. Knowing what I know now, when I have another issue, be it plumbing, electrical, or A/C, I won't waste my time worrying about it, I will just pick up the phone and call Cornerstone. Thank You! more

I had a mini-split ductless 1-ton unit installed in my second story addition as well as duct work repaired downstairs between 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The service was absolutely impeccable. The whole staff from scheduling to the on-site crew was incredible. Due to Hurricane Irma, I had to reschedule and the staff stayed in contact with me after the storm working off their personal phones to keep in touch with me to find out when I had powered restored. Once power was restored they immediately got me on the schedule and sent Daniel & Ray for the 2 day project. Daniel & Ray were diligent, professional and steadily worked safely upstairs and on the roof top. After completing the install of the mini-split they did a second walk down of the duct work repair they were returning for the second day. Daniel and Ray were very thorough and made sure they knew exactly what they would need to complete the project. They arrived on the second day for the duct work repair with all the correct equipment and completed the work in timely manner while cleaning up and not leaving a debris or dust behind. I was so happy with the work I spoke with another family member and about the service I received and my Grandmother signed up with Cornrstone on the gold plan and will be receiving service on Wednesday 9/20. Cornerstone installed a new A/C system in our new house. The original inspection of the system was the same as Cornerstone's findings. In addition to attention to the details everything was cleaned up and removed after completion of the job. more

Excellent from the very beginning. I wanted to schedule a free estimate for a new AC unit and they were the first company to respond, even on a Sunday. They were very courteous over the phone and scheduled me for an estimate the next day. I didn't realize how fair their prices were until I compared them to other companies. There was no upselling and the tech was very honest. He even offered to provide temporary freon refill for free! It was much less painless than I thought thanks to Cornerstone. They deserve only the highest ratings. more

Our AC stopped working earlier this week, late at night. We called Cornerstone the next morning, spoke with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable young lady and she scheduled an appointment for us for that same morning. James W. called and let us know he was en route, he arrived, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and then offered us a couple of options for the repair, explaining both in detail. We selected Option 1, and since we had to get to work, we asked him if he needed access to the house, he said no, and we went on our way and by the time we got home that afternoon, the house was cool and comfortable again! James was pleasant, professional and informative and we will absolutely use Cornerstone again should the need arise! more

Pete was the electrician that was sent to fix my problem which turned out to be a circuit that was not working. Pete was very professional, personable and efficiently solved my electrical problem in an efficient manner and for a very reasonable price. The cost was crazy high I thought. $221 to remove and replace the toilet? It's 4 bolts and a wax ring....anyway the tech was able to get the price for that waived but even so it cost close to $500 to remove and replace a plastic flange. Martin was very nice and did work quickly to get the job done. Left a bit of a mess (wax) on the tile floor, caulking on the toilet and a small chip in the tile. Not sure if I would hire again but they were the only company to return my call. more

My ac was broke and a friend told me about cornerstone so gave them a call thinking they probably wouldnt be able to come out after hours but to my surprise the technician Scott was out within about an hour and a half. He was courteous, friendly, told me exactly what the problem was and had me up in running, he even cleaned out my drainline at no extra cost. Price was about what i expected to pay. Scott recommended having one of their maintenance programs to save me money in the future and to have regular maintenance done. I will consider it but want to discuss it with my husband first. I would highly recommend Scott and Cornerstone to anyone looking for fair service with an upfront price and no pushy sales. Very happy customer more

This young man was not only very knowledgeable about plumbing, but he took the time to explain in detail what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and replaced, and how he would go about doing the repairs/replacements. After he had done the repairs and replacements, Martin then took time to make sure all was in perfect working order before he left. I would ask for Martin again when I need plumbing work done. He is professional, detailed, work oriented, and has a unique ability to communicate effectively with the customer.
