We joined Cornerstone last year as a Gold member and service is A+++++ Yesterday we had a loose kitchen faucet and we had Martin arrive on time with a call from the dispatcher letting us know he was on his way. Within 30 minutes Martin had solved the problem and was on his way. Service was very professional and genuine. Hi. Martin came to my home to help with fixing the faucet in our master bathroom. He suggested we contact manufacturer to get replacement parts. He was right! Manufacturer had lifetime warranty and provided all the part FREE of charge. Instead of the one item that Martin fixed, I was able to have the entire facuet and all the assembly pieces replaced because the parts were defective. I'm always a bit skeptical when I see a company with a ton of 5 star ratings and very few lower ratings. Cornerstone Pros is a legit rockstar that kicked my skepticism's .... Every aspect of my experience with Cornerstone Pros was truly 5 star. I requested an estimate 3 days ago to replace a 12 y.o. central HVAC system. Within an hour, I received a phone call (after normal business hours) to schedule the estimate the next day. Michael arrived on-time, asked me a few questions and provided an estimate of 3 recommended systems in less than an hour. He explained in excellent detail each recommendation, including financing options. I let Michael know we had additional contractors scheduled for estimates and he made no attempt to pressure us into a decision. We chose Cornerstone the next day after getting all estimates based on Michael's honesty & professionalism as well as Cornerstone Pros' service reputation. Complete transparency - the option we went with was the highest cost, but we felt it was the best value (included a 12 year parts and labor warranty.) Miguel confirmed are install for the next day. T.J. & Mikael arrived on-time this morning (2 for 2!), gave me an estimate on how long the install would take and got right to work. The time estimate was dead-on and the install was immaculately done. T.J. walked us hrough the operation of the thermostat, provided us all relevant paperwork, made sure the work area was more clean than when they arrived and left. They could not have been more polite or friendly. We'll definitely be calling on Cornerstone for future home service needs. more

Michael was on time and very professional. Checked heat and ac and was finished in less than 30 minutes. After dealing with another company, Cornerstone is by far the best AC/Heat that we have found in the Land O Lakes area. more

The plumber was called out because our hot water heater was not working. Before the plumber came out he was very thorough and asked us if we had a fuse box and extra fuses. We said yes. He tested the hot water heater and some power was going to it. He checked the special AA battery sized fuses and found a blown fuse. Thankfully we had two extra fuses and he replaced the two old ones for the new ones. We did not need a replacement hot water heater which was a great relief. more

Chris is very professional and did a great job fixing a slow dripping faucet in one of our bathrooms and installing a new garbage disposal. I was a little surprised with the cost ($600), but that is not his department. more
