Excellent from the very beginning. I wanted to schedule a free estimate for a new AC unit and they were the first company to respond, even on a Sunday. They were very courteous over the phone and scheduled me for an estimate the next day. I didn't realize how fair their prices were until I compared them to other companies. There was no upselling and the tech was very honest. He even offered to provide temporary freon refill for free! It was much less painless than I thought thanks to Cornerstone. They deserve only the highest ratings.
