This young man was not only very knowledgeable about plumbing, but he took the time to explain in detail what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and replaced, and how he would go about doing the repairs/replacements. After he had done the repairs and replacements, Martin then took time to make sure all was in perfect working order before he left.
I would ask for Martin again when I need plumbing work done. He is professional, detailed, work oriented, and has a unique ability to communicate effectively with the customer.
Cornerstone Pros, you need to take a good look at this young man and his knowledgeable working skills and look at a promotion for him.
