Worst

Pluming service was priced little high but was durable'. Electrial service was grossley over charged. replaced 2 dimmer lights for 198.00 a piece. Lowes wanted 12.dollars a peice ...

Very Over Priced 8/13/2013

I had a disposal installed. I furnished all the material. I took the plumber 1 hour. It cost $495. That is a very high price for 1 hour of work. Too expensive 8/13/2013

thoroughly checked our AC system, refilled as required, stated a return visit within (2) weeks to check for any leakage. 8/11/2013

Overpriced 8/9/2013

The courteous tech said that our malfunctioning disposal did not need to replaced, but when I asked for a price to replace it, I was shocked that it would be $623; the new unit was a small part of that figure, the majority being labor. I declined. Then I bought a comparable disposal at Jeff Lynch for $136 and had it installed for $100. Corley is outrageously overpriced. put my worries to rest 8/1/2013

Jeff and Kevin did a great job today. They came out with little daylight left and fixed my backed up drains. I also got to see the camera as it moved through the pipes, and that was really neat to watch. Kevin explained everything as he was working, and I really appreciated that. Both guys were very friendly and professional. more

We signed up for Corley's partner service program. We had 3 separate teams check all our systems. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Higly over charged for electric service received 6/10/2013

Pluming service was priced little high but was durable'. Electrial service was grossley over charged. replaced 2 dimmer lights for 198.00 a piece. Lowes wanted 12.dollars a peice for same dimer. Also took 15 minutes to trouble shoot a light that did not work and was unable to repair it. I was charged 198 for that also. I felt due to the fact he did not fix it there should have been no charge for that.He should have included that in the service charge and should have taken in conceration I was already paying for the way over priced dimers. more

Very Very Expensive 6/5/2013

I should have shopped around for a better quote. This company knows they can charge exorbitant rates to the working middle class, because it's difficult to take multiple days off work to meet contractors out to do work or give quotes. They charged me over $600 to add putty to a drain pipe that was leaking then another $400+ to fix sheet rock. The combined time it took for the jobs to be completed was 1 hr. and cost total of the material used was less than $50. The technicians were very professional and friendly and also agree their company overcharges. more

From the 1st call after encountering doubts from other local companies in honesty & intentions,was impressed with Corley's very persuasive homey feel. Was not aware of their other services in Electrical & Carpentry so was content all 3 are covered by contract. Requested an electrician for certain upgrades to our lighting needs & was glad to have expert home additions to increase value. 5 star rating! more

We always present the price for work up front and in writing and require your signature to complete the project, which from the invoice, our technician did. If you ever feel the price is not what you want to pay you, we certainly encourage you to decline the work. Please know that the hose bib that we installed for you does have a two year warranty. The plumbers came and and investigated the potential problem. Everything went fine. There was a mix-up at the office that caused a late visit. We have used Corley in the past and are satisfied with the services provided. more

As usual, an excellent company, unusually nice technicians who perform way beyond the excellent rating 3/1/2013

Corley has been our company for several years now for all our plumbing, electrical service and now our heating and air. Their technicians are unusually competent, knowledgeable, professional and patient. We have an 80 year old house with many things that can - and do wear out (it's called character".) Corley technicians always correct our problems no matter what they need to do, nor how long it takes them. They often feel like family to us and we are grateful to have a service contract with the Corley company. more

Good, pro onsite service 2/25/2013

This recent service was the 2ce/yr H&A inspection & tuneup. They lost one star bc I had to call the office to arrange the appointment (It was due in late Dec). Otherwise, service was top-notch. Techs were thorough & explained their findings. This was true of the E & P techs as well, who did some work for us before. Seem to have cut back on "extras", (they used to bring a filter & change it) However, I'd rather they not do that than raise their rates. more
