Review content:
This recent service was the 2ce/yr H&A inspection & tuneup. They lost one star bc I had to call the office to arrange the appointment (It was due in late Dec). Otherwise, service was top-notch. Techs were thorough & explained their findings. This was true of the E & P techs as well, who did some work for us before. Seem to have cut back on "extras", (they used to bring a filter & change it) However, I'd rather they not do that than raise their rates.
