Very professional, courteous and on time service.

Worst

Pluming service was priced little high but was durable'. Electrial service was grossley over charged. replaced 2 dimmer lights for 198.00 a piece. Lowes wanted 12.dollars a peice ...

Great Company 1/29/2013

A very easy company to work with. They always show up on time, answer your questions, respect your house and property, are knowlegeable and do first quality work, and are always professional. The only negative I have with the company is that they are very expensive compared to other smaller plumbing companies. more

All your technicians have been courteous, personable,professional and thorough in their inspections. I appreciated their recommendations and estimates. Since my house is old and needy, I am priortizing and contemplating how to afford the needed repairs. more

Friendly and prompt service 1/28/2013

They were very friendly when I called and explained our problem. Dustin and Dave came out the next morning and replaced the instant hot water unit in the kitchen and reviewed the process and the cost before doing the work. They got it done sooner than I expected and even made a couple of minor faucet repairs for free. more

Over the years having renovated a 100 year old home for a restaurant, renovating my home and building a home, I have dealt with many plumbing, electrical, heating/air, etc. professionals.I was pleasantly surprised that the whole Corley team (Jordan and the phone team)was everything that the commercial advertised. The whole experience, from the first phone call requesting service to the actual service, was excellent.This was a truly worry free experience. Jordan was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and CLEAN!!!!!!!(No muddy feet in my home! And it was a cold rainy day! I especially like that a real person Always answered the phone. I will definitely use Corley again! Thank you! more

Very Nicely done - 1/21/2013

At the time they were here they were knowlegable of the work they were duing and did not help with some other conserns we had on a generator that had stoped working. They checked the battery and said it was ok. We found out later that the battery was the faltey elevment and we put a new battery in the unit - The workers had checked the battery for us and said it was okey - Simple item to check and see that we did a couple of days after they left - We replaced the battery and started the unit- We were glad if was okay and nothing else seemed to be a peoblem - more

polite, respectful service men doing excellent work 1/16/2013

I've had plumbing experiences with Corley twice and electrical just yesterday. Each occasion has been pleasant. As advertised you follow through with people who have been extremely polite,well spoken,and have done work in an efficient manner and left no mess left no mess behind. Service was great. I was greatly overcharged. 1/12/2013

Your service person was wonderful. Found problem in just a couple of minutes (1 round rubber gasket). He replaced, also tested water pressure and replaced "dohicky in toilet. Took him approximately 20 minutes for entire job. With a $40 fee to come out and assuming the gasket cost up to $20, the service fee was $176.81. That averages to an hourly fee of $530.43. I am a professional consultant (CPA) in the business community for over thirty years and my hourly fee is never more than $150 per hour for ANY task. I will not use your company again and will not recommend. While I appreciate a professional job (which I received), this is an unreasonable fee. more

Wow! 1/12/2013

My wife and I called Corley plumbing as a last resort (none of the plumbers recommended by friends were available) the Friday night before Christmas for a stopped up sewage line. The plumber (I think it was Dan or Dave) was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He spent quite a while on our difficult situation and did it for a surprisingly reasonable price. His stellar service was followed up by an equally excellent and free scoping of my sewage line which verified the line was completely clear. I really cant think of anything they could have done better. To top it off the plumber sent me a thank you note with a coupon for free coffee. Wow! Corley is now my plumber service of choice for me and all my friendsOne satisfied Spartanburg customer more

I always use Corley because they answer the phone, make a timely appointment, show up on time, and do the work without making a mess. They are always courteous, professional and friendly. They may be more expensive, but this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. more
