We thank you for your feedback. We always present the price for work up front and in writing and require your signature to complete the project, which from the invoice, our technician did. If you ever feel the price is not what you want to pay you, we certainly encourage you to decline the work. Please know that the hose bib that we installed for you does have a two year warranty. If you should ever need us, we are here to take care of it.
