wash air handler evaporator coil, wash condenser coil, replace thermostat batteries, flush out drain line, tighten al electrical connections, check voltage & amp draws, wax or arm...

Worst

They fixed something and I don't think they fixed it right. I have used them before and was not satisfied with the work and that is all I have to say.

I had a problem with my old air conditioning unit where it was leaking Freon, and I was getting ready to go out of town. I made an appointment with Core Air, and I explained what was happening. The technician said if I wanted to move forward with purchasing a new unit, they would keep my house at temperature for the house sitter until I got back. They went above and beyond for me. I found a contract and we scheduled the appointment, which all happened very quickly. They were on time, professional, courteous, and did what they said they would do. more

Outstanding company to work with. 9/25/2012

My old air conditioning system had a Freon leak, and I was due to go out of town. I signed a contract with them for a new system, and what they did for me is they kept coming back and charging my old unit with Freon to keep the house-sitter comfortable while I was gone. They went above and beyond for me. They really didn't have to do that. When I came back to town, any problems, questions, or anything I needed help with they immediately dealt with. They were very professional and courteous. I came back on a Monday, and they scheduled my installation for Wednesday. Plus, on Monday and Tuesday, they came back and put more Freon in the unit to keep me cool until the new system got installed. Bonnie David more

Service Call 9/11/2012

This is the 2nd time this circuit breaker issue occurred with my AC unit. This time the defective circuit breaker was removed from the unit altogether. From what I have been told this breaker issue is a known problem by Lennox. My concern is whether my unit is up to code without the circuit breaker. more

I thought it was a very good experience. I worked with a young salesman, Dave. He was good, and knew what he was doing, but he looked like a junior in high school. I told his manager that I would mentor him to get back within 24 hours to replies to questions. It would matter to them, I would think, because when a potential client is shopping around, companies reply quickly because they want business. I thought the quality of the work from Core Air was excellent. The guys did a great job. I talked to my neighbor, who was looking for a new unit, and recommended them to him. They set me up with a competitive air conditioning unit with good reviews. They did a good job with the replacement and cleaned up and everything. They were friendly even though it was hot up in the attic. more

Extremely pleased. 8/8/2012

I am very pleased with Core Air. Our air conditioning went out, and it's extremely hot in South Florida. They gave me a bid, and I didn't get back to them until 5 pm, but they still had their people come out the following morning. I appreciated that because, otherwise, we would have had to wait until after the weekend. They got my AC done by the end of the day, and I was extremely pleased with the work. Good technicians take care of a quality product 7/17/2012

We ( I work for John F. Grove and handle the maintenance issues at their home) purchased the Pool Heater thru CJ's Htg.& Air 6 yrs. ago. We have found it to be reliable and a smooth operating piece of equipment. We have only had Core Technicians here 2 or 3 times and they have been quick to diagonise the problem and get the repairs done quickly. We are happy with your company and personal. more

As always service was on time, professsional and completed quckily. I have used Core for a/c and pool equipment since 2005 and have never had a complaint. Owner Steve Mitchell is great, as well as Kyle and thevrest of the technicians. Office staff has alws been responsive and courteous. more

Core responded as needed and in a very professional manner when my A/C failed to cool 6/18/2012

Our A/C stopped cooling one evening so the next morning I called Core at 0730 requesting service. They advised that a tech would be out before noon and in fact he arrived @ 1100. I received an email from the company and a call from the tech 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Dave is the Tech's name and he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Dave had the problem diagnosed a repaired within 30 minutes. The bill came to @ $250 which included 2 parts and labor. Having been ripped off by another A/C company not long ago for another issue, I was very pleased with Core and Dave. I picked them up from Angie's list and can recommend Core and Dave very highly to anyone in need of A/C repair. more

The technician was prompt, knew his job and identified the problem. He ordered the parts and subsequently installed same. He is very personable and effecient. 6/13/2012

I cannot fully assess the outcome of the repairs until I have had suffecient time to use all the features and see that they are working properly. So far all repairs are working fine. more

Complete Lennox CX21 system 6/11/2012

I was not going to change from Trane. However after the presentation and J-load was completed by Paul on his first trip I was impressed. Emails and calls were answered within very short time frames. The two installers were far above the norm. Owner keep the folks you have. Bravo! more

I found everyone I talked to at Core Air - on the phone, the young lady in sales, and the installers - to be professional and willing to take care of everything I needed. I had them do an entire air conditioning installation for me, and it's working well. In fact, they just came by for their one-year follow up service. more
