wash air handler evaporator coil, wash condenser coil, replace thermostat batteries, flush out drain line, tighten al electrical connections, check voltage & amp draws, wax or arm...

Worst

They fixed something and I don't think they fixed it right. I have used them before and was not satisfied with the work and that is all I have to say.

some time ago core air repaired my hydrotemp pool heat pump, going above and beyond to provide a most economical repair. When the equipment finally gave out, because of their outstanding service, they were the first I thought of going to for a new heat pump. Very pleased! more

Thoroughness and honesty 8/31/2011

They (Dave the tech)did an excellent job of checking out my old system and explaining it's shortfalls. Dave also briefly explained the new federal guidelines for new systems and what a retrofit would involve. They get my business when I have to upgrade. more

Dave was great and even crawled up in my attic to check out the air ducts - all as part of my free estimate. He then removed material that was blocking my air ducts at no charge!!! He was thorough and even took the time to talk to me about my AC and how I should expect it to behave. Dave was a super star and I would use Core Air again for my next project. more

Replaced evaporator coil and performed maintenance 8/12/2011

Everyone that I have dealt with at your company has been fantastic. Dave (a.k.a. Big Dave) was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He did a great job in the service. Paul has been great. He always gets back to emails right away and has offered helpful suggestions. He, too is very professional and courteous. Also, Vanessa, Dan (tech) and Brynn (not sure of name - she makes appointments) were great. I am a first time customer and very satisfied. Thank you. more

An honest company that offers quality work. 8/8/2011

I switched to Core Air from another company whose service I was not satisfied with. It was a good decision. I've been very impressed with Core Air. Not only were they able to isolate a problem that the others couldn't find, but they also followed up with me after the work was done to ensure that everything was working well. Core Air have been very honest. They were not looking to sell me the most expensive product, but the one that would work best for my situation. They have performed air conditioning service work, put in a pool heater, and quoted me for a new AC system. The overall experience has been great. I would definitely recommend them. more

All in All - Excellent 8/1/2011

My major problem is with the billing. They have a discount for first time customers in that the portal-to-portal charge is $29.95 and regularly is $85.00. In my view, that should be a charge that is ONLY applied if NO work is done on that visit. We paid nearly $400 for work done on ONE visit and the $85 portal-to-portal service charge was applied. I called the office and the charge was reduced because we were 1st time customer....but it should NOT have been charged at all since major work was completed, about which we were very happy. It was a double service charge. I WILL not use this company again, and so stated, because of the portal-to-portal service charge and so stated. more

Replaced computer board and motor assembly 7/13/2011

When our A/C died, they immediately sent a technician out. They did not have the part needed so the technician drove clear to the owner's house to get an identical part and returned promptly. He worked until 10:30pm that night to get our A/C working until the new parts came in. As soon as they came in, a technician came immediately out to replace. more

saved me from system replacement 7/8/2011

Big Dave was great. He came the first time to do a . second opinion estimate of my AC system. He was very detailed in the the estimate. Today he came and did the work. He showed me what the situation was, as I wasn't present for the estimate and I learned about my system. He even strapped up two air ducts so the system would be more efficient and less likely to damage the plenums in the future. I would definitely use Core Air in the future for maintenance and possible replacements when needed. more

When the salesperson from Core Air came out to review the situation and give an estimate, he was very knowledgeable, had a lot of experience, and was very professional. The work was done on time, and they did a good job. I think I felt confident that they were giving me what I needed as far as equipment and watching out for me as a customer. more

Technician was prompt, professional and courteous. Reports were e-mailed to me within hours of work. Technician made several good recommendations and showed me potential problems. He went over all of his work and answered all of my questions. Very satsfied! more
