wash air handler evaporator coil, wash condenser coil, replace thermostat batteries, flush out drain line, tighten al electrical connections, check voltage & amp draws, wax or arm...

Worst

They fixed something and I don't think they fixed it right. I have used them before and was not satisfied with the work and that is all I have to say.

Able to fix my heat pump! 12/15/2011

I needed to have my heat pump repaired. My normal person wouldn't touch it, he said it was too complicated. I called up the factory and they recommended that I call Core Air, Inc., so I did. They came out the next day and were able to fix it. I would use them again in the future. more

Excellent job 12/13/2011

Dan did a very good job. We have a a/c unit in the attic and it is a very tight squeeze. Dan is slim, so he had no problem getting in there and did not complain. In fact, he was in and out 3 times doing his check up. Very satified with Core-Air. more

first visit terrible, 2nd visit excellent 11/14/2011

I used Angie's list to request a system inspection and then to service the unit as required. The inspection report said the unit was ok. No service was preformed. The unit was not operating very well and it was very dirty. I was not happy and called for the 2nd visit. The 2nd technican was outstanding. He explined the issues and cleaned the unit. I was so pleased that I purchased a service agreement. more

They did a pretty darn good job! 10/6/2011

I thought that Core Air was very professional, very courteous, and they were on time with everything they did. They were conscious of trying to clean up after the work they did, which so far was putting down a big air conditioning and heating unit, and they cleaned up pretty good. They gave plenty of information about the product and themselves, and I thought they answered questions pretty good and kept the information flowing good both ways. They ran into a few problems, so instead of it being a half day it was an all day project, but that was no problem. They stayed until they finished the job, which they managed to do in one day. I think they did a pretty darn good job, and I would definitely recommend them to others. It's hard to find a good company, and I have been very pleased with what Core Air did. They did a very good job, especially for the money they did it with. They weren't the most expensive, and they weren't the cheapest, but I feel like what they told me, and what I got so far, has been the truth and that it has worked out good so far. more

Excellent service. Prompt (10 min early). Dave is VERY courteous, considerate gentleman. Sang the praises of his company, shared about ongoing training they receive. Very excited about his position and ability to help when & where needed. Explained to me what had happened and what he was doing. Felt VERY comfortable having him in my home. Office personnel are open, friendly, courteous, prompt. Excellent company and stand WELL above "normal" standards in today's world. I sing the praises of Core Air and wish them many blessings and much prosperity in their personal and business endeavors. more

I've used Core Air for several jobs. The most recent was a small job, a simple removal and installation of a office unit. I was happy and satisfied with how the job went. They also offer great quotes. more

my renters had no air I told them to contact you because of my service contract the tech arrived and procecced to work on the problem he had to flush out system which caused water to come through the ceiling of downstairs bath my tenants had to clean up with towels now I am told by said tenants that there is mold in that bathroom and water damage if this was caused by tech I would like someone to evaluate it because that is an expense to me more

Two A/C Units installed for me, and twice very satisfied 9/5/2011

Very professional, prompt service. Not something you normally get from South West Florida companies (hate to say). Good follow-up, excellent consultative communication. Only 1 hiccup when they had to come back to one house because inspector would not pass job as one of the ducts was leaking cold air into the attic. That's why inspectors are there and everyone did their job. more
