Our A/C stopped cooling one evening so the next morning I called Core at 0730 requesting service. They advised that a tech would be out before noon and in fact he arrived @ 1100. I received an email from the company and a call from the tech 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Dave is the Tech's name and he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Dave had the problem diagnosed a repaired within 30 minutes. The bill came to @ $250 which included 2 parts and labor. Having been ripped off by another A/C company not long ago for another issue, I was very pleased with Core and Dave. I picked them up from Angie's list and can recommend Core and Dave very highly to anyone in need of A/C repair.
