I was referred to the Nissan Dealer by a friend of one of the sales managers, Phillip Sherlock. He certainly did not treat me like a friend, or even with the honesty a person walk...

STAY AWAY\r \r The most unpleasant auto shopping experience I've had, and my family owns 3 cars and comparison shop in at least 2 places for each.\r i was referred to a sales manager, Phillip Sherlock by a mechanic who believed Phillip was giving his referrals a good deal. In addition, Philip represented to me that, because of my close relationship with the mechanic, he was cutting the price to the bone.\r Actually, what Philip did was start about $3,500 above list price of the base level vehicle and then showed big discounts etc. He and the salesman Jeff Lefkowitz, both pretended that this level of discount was unheard of. When I refused to purchase they tried to get me to drive the quoted vehicle home so I would have to return. I did not. Instead, i went into another NIssan dealer without disclosing I had been to Coral Springs and asked for a quote. Their first quote on the same vehicle was thousands less.\r By the way, my visit took almost 4.5 hours although, at Philips direction I had made an appointment with the saleman Jeff Lefkowitz. Mr. Lefkowitz, stated that his prior appointment had arrived late, but took the keys to my trade in to give to the appraisal and then did not return them until he was finally ready to talk. Mr. Lefkowitz is inconsiderate as well as dishonest.\r more

BAIT AND SWITCH at HONDA, terrible customer service, Vic salesman was wonderful, the other man ""manager"" was a joke, do some revamping with your employees, loved Nissan more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/14/2011

My car was brought there by a towing company back in 2008 due to someone hitting my car. Two adjusters from two insurance companies came to gave estimates and since Coral Springs Auto Mall does not have repair facilities, it had to be sent to Collision Physicians, which now has gone out of business. Since then, the paint job is starting to fade and just turned out to be a horrible job and now Coral Springs Auto Mall does not want to mix the problem that was caused by there repair shop because they are saying they have to documentation that the car was brought there! It's really funny how I have proof from the insurance companies that the estimates were done there and I faxed it to the Service Department and they still do not want to help! Do not ever buy a Honda in my opinion, because it's not worth the agrivation and if you do decide to buy one, do not purchase from this place! more

Horrible Service!!!!!!! 7/19/2011

I took in my Nissan Quest in December of 2010 to get my AC and doors fixed, I was charge 2,400. I went back about ten times after that, almost every three day for them to fix my Ac. Between that time they charge me another 800.00 dollars and until today July 2011 they cannot get it right. They are a pack of liars, the manager Mark Perry told me I have to bring it in and pay until they can get it right. They are a ripe-off. Keep in mine my van is a Nissan Quest and they are a Nissan dealer and they can't a simple AC. I would NEVER give them my business again or recommend them. Don't waste your money go the someone else. more

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! 6/16/2011

Purchased my Nissan from them... they are horrible. I would never buy there again! more

Awful Customer Service 6/9/2011

They will sell you a car but offer zero service after. The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Do not return calls and practically yelled at me over the phone. more

Worst Auto Buying Experience EVER 6/14/2010

Don't trust them- I purchased a used Toyota from them a few months ago, and it needs 2000 dollars worth of repair work! I definitely got taken advantage of because I'm a girl & was buying a car all alone by myself for the first time. And they'll make you wait Forever. Their salesman, Mark, lied through his teeth on our test drive. I got taken advantage of... save yourself the same trouble: go somewhere else!? more

Satisfied with all Dept 5/25/2010

The salesman from Coral Springs Auto Mall or Kia was very upfront, informative, and helpful when it comes to looking for an affordable car. The finance dept. worked hard at making our payments reasonable and possibly lower. Overall experience was great and I was very satisfied with the car I bought. Pros: Upfront, Informative, and Helpful more

Steer Clear from this Dishonest Auto Mall 5/22/2010

Don't trust them- you're gonna get screwed. Their sales representative Mark Estridge sold me a car with two crappy tires and a long list of serious issues all because I was a girl and this was the first used car I've bought alone- I didn't know how to call him on his bullshit and didn't realize I was being taken advantage of until it was too late. He sold me a car without ABS and failed to mention it until the papers were signed! There's a power steering fluid leak. The back tires were warped and dangerous to be driving on. The guys at Sears were shocked that Coral Springs sold me the car with the struts as bad as they are. All four struts need to be replaced, but Mark, their sales associate, said that the road noise we heard on the test drive was just from the bad front tires that they replaced... but he lied, of course! The car is falling apart and none of its issues were disclosed. In their fine print, it says that they're not liable for anything a sales associate says when trying to make a sale... great! When I took a pressure reading on my back tires, this irresponsible dealership sold me a Corolla with its back tires filled to 47 psi in the back and 30 in the front!!! My god! If that's not a safety issue, I don't know what is. Now I'm stuck with warranty-less car with lots of issues that need to be repaired. These issues were never disclosed to me. Do your business at any place other than Coral Springs Auto Mall. When you do business with them, you'll probably end up getting screwed. You've got a lot of other places to choose from... this place will take advantage of you! go someplace else! Pros: nothing. Cons: unprofessionalism more

Satisfy customer 4/14/2010

I really enjoyed working with Daryl. He was patient, willing to listen attentively to what I want, and worked hard to get me the car I want. Once the negotiation starts, he did try hard to work with his manager to get me a fair price. I was lucky to have someone who worked that hard for me. After I got the car, he actually called me a week later to make sure the car is running okay and to see if I have any concern or problem with it. I will definitely go back to coral springs automall for my next car. Pros: Like the friendly staff more

Great staffs help me make the best decisions 2/23/2010

I went to there looking for a new vehicle but wasn't sure what I want. My sale rep was helpful and very knowledgeable with all of the cars (all the makes and models Coral Springs Auto Mall) they carry. Once he found out my price range, he went over all of the cars that would meet my price range. So I told him some of the features I would like to have on my car and he actually recommended a Buick LaCrosse for me. I test drove the car and loved it. I tried to be a smart consumer and didn't want to buy it out of impulse. I went home and read all the reviews about the car and compare with all of the cars that my sale rep had mentioned. A few days later, I called my sale rep and made sure the car is still available. I told him my ideal out of the door price which he and his manager agreed upon. When I arrived, they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign so I can basically just ""sign and drive"". Better yet, they actually wash and detail the car before I arrived so I didn't even have to wait for my car to be ready. The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend for everyone to go to Coral Springs Auto mall. Pros: staffs are very helpful & knowledgable more

Best Place to Get New or Used Cars 2/18/2010

I recommend Coral Springs Auto Mall to anyone who is interested in buying new or used cars. My family and friends have gone to that dealership for years and have always been satisfied with their customer service and selection of cars. Pros: Great Price and friendly staff more

Great Buying Process at Coral Springs Auto Mall 12/1/2009

A friend of mine referred me to go to Coral Springs Auto Mall since I was still undecided between getting a Nissan Altima or a Honda Accord. Since it was my first time buying a car, I was completely clueless. I asked my salesperson a ton of questions and he really took his time explaining everything to me. The best of all, he didn?t pressure me getting the car immediately like I have often heard about car salesmen. I ended up getting a 2009 Honda Accord EX that very night. The whole process was not a hassle at all ? not as complicated as I expected. I am glad my friend told me about Coral Springs Auto Mall. Pros: Friendly and helpful staffs. Willing to listen to my needs more
