Don't trust them- you're gonna get screwed.
Their sales representative Mark Estridge sold me a car with two crappy tires and a long list of serious issues all because I was a girl and this was the first used car I've bought alone- I didn't know how to call him on his bullshit and didn't realize I was being taken advantage of until it was too late. He sold me a car without ABS and failed to mention it until the papers were signed! There's a power steering fluid leak. The back tires were warped and dangerous to be driving on. The guys at Sears were shocked that Coral Springs sold me the car with the struts as bad as they are. All four struts need to be replaced, but Mark, their sales associate, said that the road noise we heard on the test drive was just from the bad front tires that they replaced... but he lied, of course!
The car is falling apart and none of its issues were disclosed. In their fine print, it says that they're not liable for anything a sales associate says when trying to make a sale... great!
When I took a pressure reading on my back tires, this irresponsible dealership sold me a Corolla with its back tires filled to 47 psi in the back and 30 in the front!!! My god! If that's not a safety issue, I don't know what is.
Now I'm stuck with warranty-less car with lots of issues that need to be repaired. These issues were never disclosed to me.
Do your business at any place other than Coral Springs Auto Mall. When you do business with them, you'll probably end up getting screwed.
You've got a lot of other places to choose from... this place will take advantage of you! go someplace else!
Pros: nothing.
Cons: unprofessionalism
