I see there are a few negative experiences here, however, mine was quite the opposite. I researched the car I wanted and had a set price in mind, they matched it and sold my old car for much more than I asked for. Their service department is great too, easy in and out. They don't have you spend money on unnecessary repairs, only what its really needed. more

I HAVE NEVER TAKEN THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW BEFORE BUT I FELT THIS TIME I MUST. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE. MY SALESPERSON KRISTINE KAMAL WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO HOW I WANTED TO BE CONTACTED AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MADE MY WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EASY AND COMFORTABLE. 5 DAYS AFTER BUYING MY CAR I RAN OVER A NAIL AND IN PUNCTURED THE SENSOR IN THE TIRE AS WELL AS FLATTENING THE TIRE. I TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE. RICHARD KNAUER AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN (i FEEL BAD I DON'T HAVE HIS NAME) WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL QUESTIONS I ASKED. Many dealerships that I went to have had treated me poorly once they found out I didn't have the best credit history. I told my sales rep Neal the cars I would like to purchase and my ideal monthly payment. He explained in details on the different options I have. He wants to make sure I understand my current financial situation and what to expect (what I can afford). Then he took his name to walk with me around the lot to choose a perfect Honda Civic for me. At the end of the night, I was a proud owner of honda civic. I am happy with everything Neal has done for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I recently totaled my Honda CRV and needed a car fast. I had gone to several Honda dealerships and had horrible experiences. It's either the pricing wasn't right or the salesmen were extremely rude and unprofessional. Coral Springs honda was my last stop for the day. I honestly had to drag myself in the store because I was exhausted and worried I would be fed to the same BS again. Luckily, I got a very nice agent working with me. He has a great personality and knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. He actually got me excited looking at cars again. Needless to say, I did end up getting a car there - a Honda Pilot. The pricing was fair (not as low as I was hoping for) but the customer service I have gotten from them was worth it. Pros: Great Customer Service & huge inventory to choose from more
