Many dealerships that I went to have had treated me poorly once they found out I didn't have the best credit history. I told my sales rep Neal the cars I would like to purchase and my ideal monthly payment. He explained in details on the different options I have. He wants to make sure I understand my current financial situation and what to expect (what I can afford). Then he took his name to walk with me around the lot to choose a perfect Honda Civic for me. At the end of the night, I was a proud owner of honda civic. I am happy with everything Neal has done for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient.
