I HAVE NEVER TAKEN THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW BEFORE BUT I FELT THIS TIME I MUST. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE. MY SALESPERSON KRISTINE KAMAL WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO HOW I WANTED TO BE CONTACTED AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MADE MY WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EASY AND COMFORTABLE.
5 DAYS AFTER BUYING MY CAR I RAN OVER A NAIL AND IN PUNCTURED THE SENSOR IN THE TIRE AS WELL AS FLATTENING THE TIRE. I TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE. RICHARD KNAUER AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN (i FEEL BAD I DON'T HAVE HIS NAME) WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL QUESTIONS I ASKED. THERE WERE NO CHARGES THAT I HAD TO INCURR FROM THIS VISIT.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING, LEASING OR HAVING THEIR VEHICLE SERVICED.
