This is a very shady business (do your research before scheduling). I cannot leave a review on Google because business is listed as closed even though they are still in service. My wife made payment for the repair when the assessment was made. The gentleman wrote my wife's entire debit card number on the receipt. A day later there were multiple charges made on the card. My wife is a stay at home mom and a student and never uses her card outside of school payments and emergencies so we knew exactly where to start. When I called to talk to the manager about my suspicion and their practice of writing entire card numbers down on receipts, he was extremely rude and told me to take the issue up with my bank (which we did). It also took 3 days for the repair to happen when we were told it would be fixed the next day. There was no explanation given. Terrible customer service once you pay these frauds. Do not let this happen to you! Stay away from Hudson/New Port Richey repair companies. There are much better companies out there! more

No other way to describe the service that I received from CoolQuest except excellent! The technician Darin was great and so nice! I really thought this could not be fixed and my unit is old but I just can't afford a new unit now. Other companies came out and said it couldn't be fixed! But CoolQuest fixed it and on a Sunday evening with the cold coming tonight I needed to make sure my Mom had heat! When I am ready for a new unit I will call CoolQuest and ask for Darin! Cold Night CoolQuest to the Rescue! 1/3/2014

Well the heat went out last night and I called every place that advertises 24-hour service not 1 company would come out except CoolQuest! Darin from CoolQuest was great he was here within an hour and got my heat working for my 93-year-old mother. Shame on other companies that say they have 24 hour service and don't! Thank you!!!! Finally an A/C company who knows what they are doing! After having 2 other companies out who could not tell me what was wrong with my A/C... I tried Coolquest through a neighbor's recommendation. They were very polite, timely & helpful. Right away the technician told me what the issue was and had it fixed in less than an hour... not only that but I expected to spend a lot of money to fix this since it was older, but spent less than $200. more

CoolQuest is the best! 8/31/2012

I just came in from NY 2 nights ago and I walked into my home and 92 degrees! I called 3 companies and CoolQuest was the only company that said they would come out the same night. Robert was so nice and offered me quite a few options but the best choice was getting a new unit all together! I knew I couldn't sleep in my home it was way to hot! Robert had the installers came to my home and gave me a loaner A/C unit for the night, the installers Nick and Marshall came the next day bright and early and my unit was installed ASAP. I am so happy I went with CoolQuest, thanks your whole team is awesome! more
