This is a very shady business (do your research before scheduling). I cannot leave a review on Google because business is listed as closed even though they are still in service. My wife made payment for the repair when the assessment was made. The gentleman wrote my wife's entire debit card number on the receipt. A day later there were multiple charges made on the card. My wife is a stay at home mom and a student and never uses her card outside of school payments and emergencies so we knew exactly where to start. When I called to talk to the manager about my suspicion and their practice of writing entire card numbers down on receipts, he was extremely rude and told me to take the issue up with my bank (which we did). It also took 3 days for the repair to happen when we were told it would be fixed the next day. There was no explanation given. Terrible customer service once you pay these frauds. Do not let this happen to you! Stay away from Hudson/New Port Richey repair companies. There are much better companies out there!
