No other way to describe the service that I received from CoolQuest except excellent! The technician Darin was great and so nice! I really thought this could not be fixed and my unit is old but I just can't afford a new unit now. Other companies came out and said it couldn't be fixed! But CoolQuest fixed it and on a Sunday evening with the cold coming tonight I needed to make sure my Mom had heat! When I am ready for a new unit I will call CoolQuest and ask for Darin! Thanks again you guys are great! \r
