Computer Network

I found them on insider pages. I went in for my laptop which was just over a year old. It wouldnt turn on. They check it out for free. They called me a couple of days later and informed me that I had a bad motherboard. The cost they gave me was $300. I called a bunch of other places and they quoted me way above that. I had computer network do the repair. I knew it was going to be a big job (which they confirmed). They told me it was going to take about two weeks. Two weeks later I had a working laptop. I paid over a thousand for the thing so it was definitely worth fixing. I plan on going back to them if I have problems in the future. They knew what they were doing. more

I would never set foot in best buy or another chain style computer shop for my service issues or purchases. The shop that I had been going to for years shut down! My brother recommended Computer Network when one of my Computers was having strange issues. My brother told me that they give free estimates which they DID. I asked what the possibilities were and they went through them in English. I received a call after a few days with the diagnosis/cost. They were cheaper than my old guy so I gave them the go ahead. The system was ready later that day and I have not had the same problem since. I would recommend using them. I had to make another visit and I needed my system back as soon as possible because it was my home server. I let them know of my needs and they got the system back to me the same day. My newest computer had a number of issues out of the box when I purchased it from circuit city (and they went out of business shortly after I purchased it!). Most of the problems were caused because of windows vista. I explained my issues to them, they made recommendations, I took their advise and my computer has totally changed for the better. I even went back a little less than a year later to get a maintenance done on windows and would recommend others getting a maintenance done by them every year or so. They are located close to where I work so it is a big plus. Also, whenever I have questions, they are always happy to give advise over the phone or when I go in. I recommend using them. Pros: Great Service, Reasonable Prices Cons: Windows vista, but thats not their fault more

I found them in the yellowpages for issues we were having in our office. Their rates were reasonable so we had them come in and repair our problems. They resolved our issues in their first service call and we have had them back several times since. It is a good find. more

i took my computer in for repair on a tuesday, they called me on wednesday with an estimate. i approved the work, and they had the computer ready for me the next day. i was very satisfied with their service and i will definatly be going back the next time i have any computer problems. more
