I found them on insider pages. I went in for my laptop which was just over a year old. It wouldnt turn on. They check it out for free. They called me a couple of days later and informed me that I had a bad motherboard. The cost they gave me was $300. I called a bunch of other places and they quoted me way above that. I had computer network do the repair. I knew it was going to be a big job (which they confirmed). They told me it was going to take about two weeks. Two weeks later I had a working laptop. I paid over a thousand for the thing so it was definitely worth fixing. I plan on going back to them if I have problems in the future. They knew what they were doing.
