I would never set foot in best buy or another chain style computer shop for my service issues or purchases. The shop that I had been going to for years shut down! My brother recommended Computer Network when one of my Computers was having strange issues. My brother told me that they give free estimates which they DID. I asked what the possibilities were and they went through them in English. I received a call after a few days with the diagnosis/cost. They were cheaper than my old guy so I gave them the go ahead. The system was ready later that day and I have not had the same problem since. I would recommend using them. I had to make another visit and I needed my system back as soon as possible because it was my home server. I let them know of my needs and they got the system back to me the same day. As long as you let them know what you need, they will do their best to accommodate your needs. In the future I will also be purchasing a phone system from them (as soon as the budget allows
