Kettlebell 10/21/2010

I highly recommend Richard's kettlebell class. Its is the best workout you can get. It couples cardio with strength training so you get tone and lose weight at the same time. I have tried everything from home videos to personal training and have never seen results like this. It works every muscle in the body so you get complete transformation. I have seen dramatic results from doing the class only 2 hours a week!\r \r If you are looking for a fun and challenging way to get in shape and improve your health...this is it! Richard is an amazing trainer. He is passionate and motivating. You wont be disappointed! more

Workplace massage 10/21/2010

At my work we get monthly visits for chair massages and it's great. It's the perfect way to decompress and wind down.\r \r The back rub especially helps my neck and shoulders. I'm always tense because of sitting in front of my computer all day but just a quick massage helps me to get rid of the tension in my neck/shoulders.\r \r I can most definitely recommend getting an appointment or talking to your company about setting up a recurring schedule for massages at the workplace.\r more

AMAZING! 10/21/2010

I decided to take Richard's Kettlebell class after taking his spin class at a local gym. I never took Kettlebell before and was apprehensive at first but at the urging of my sister who has taken it before, I decided to give it a try. Three words: OH. MY. GOD. Talk about a workout! It will really get your heart pumping and your muscles screaming (in a good way)! I lost weight and saw some nice muscle definition in my legs. It helped me with my half marathon training. The biggest plus is that Richard is such a professional and such a nice guy that he will help you with your form or if you have questions. To me that's a win-win situation. I highly recommend his class. more

MUST TAKE KETTLEBELL CLASSES!!!! 10/20/2010

I took my first kettlebell class with Richard almost a year ago and I have become absolutely addicted! For years I have been trying to find a class that is fun AND produces results-which I have finally found with Richard's kettlebell classes. I can typically only squeeze in one class per week but have still seen results-my body has become toned and since it is ALSO a cardio workout I have lost weight too! You burn major calories while you tone-it is definitely the most bang for your buck. If anyone is looking for something new or just wants to change up their workout a little bit, I HIGHLY recommend you try kettlbells. Richard's energy is great and his classes always seem to fly by. I am amazed that a year later I still look forward to his classes-it is probably because I have finally found something that actually keeps me in shape!! more

Great Kettlebell & Cardio Workout 10/20/2010

Richard's been working with me for years and I can't recommend him highly enough. He introduced me to kettlebells, which I think have helped me maintain a lower weight and which also give a great cardio workout. I can't speak highly enough of his friendly, conscientious service. more
