I took my first kettlebell class with Richard almost a year ago and I have become absolutely addicted! For years I have been trying to find a class that is fun AND produces results-which I have finally found with Richard's kettlebell classes. I can typically only squeeze in one class per week but have still seen results-my body has become toned and since it is ALSO a cardio workout I have lost weight too! You burn major calories while you tone-it is definitely the most bang for your buck.
If anyone is looking for something new or just wants to change up their workout a little bit, I HIGHLY recommend you try kettlbells. Richard's energy is great and his classes always seem to fly by. I am amazed that a year later I still look forward to his classes-it is probably because I have finally found something that actually keeps me in shape!!
