We have been customers for over a decade. I am sorry to say that we left Complete Automotive for a few years when we purchased new cars that had warranties provided by the dealership. In just a few visits to the dealership, we knew we had made a mistake. When we use Complete Automotive, we know we can trust the mechanics. In addition, we know that Carson will be there to answer any questions we may have and to make us feel as if we are her only priority. Keep up the great work! more

The folks who work at Complete Auto are top of the heap! Stop looking for a mechanic, this is the shop to have your vehicle's serviced. I am completely impressed with their honesty, integrity and workmanship. Best mechanics I've ever used. Would highly recommend to everyone!! You will be 110% satisfied and will have a shop for life. Taking care of my Taurus 10/9/2016

Thanks to Dale, Carson, and the team at Complete Automotive for giving my Taurus an oil change. Once more they went beyond by making further small repairs on my vehicle which I had absolutely no idea how to do myself! I appreciate y'all! more

Honesty is the trademark of their business...I was given an accurate assessment of my needed vehicle repairs. Dale and his team do NOT over promise and under deliver. I will drive the extra miles for GREAT customer service and most importantly...QUALITY WORKMANSHIP! I scheduled an appointment and they were ready to service my vehicle! They took care of my 100k mile check up in a timely manner and it was very reasonable. They gave me an option to have it all done the same day or split it up and come back another day to have more work done. I chose to have it done all the same day. more

went in for an oil change-they took me close by to visit a friend while waiting and picked me up! dale is the nicest guy. I use to dread going to see a mechanic now I feel confident that I am getting a good price for great work! more
