Complete Automotive advertises that it's owner is a Christian. You'd think that implies the business is reputable and honest. (not) They are very nice, cordial and pleasant there but, that doesn't matter when they smile in your face while providing service that is no better than the undesirable dealerships.\r

It appears that they milk their customers. Twice I've taken my vehicle there to have work on a particular system done; and twice my vehicle has broken down on the road because they neglected to completely repair the systems. So, I've had to take my vehicle back to them and then, they charge for diagnostics and additional work. To make matters much worse, there were children in the car when they broke down. \r

I actually have a friend who told me they received a similar type of dis-service at Complete Automotive.\r

That's the type of business Dale runs at Complete Automotive. They've lost this customer and anyone else I have or would have referred to them.
