The staff at Complete Automotive are a blessing. My car was in terrible shape, they told me exactly what needed to be fixed,the prices were very reasonable. They were very honest about the work that needed to be done. I have more work to be done on my car since it is an older vehicle. I will definitely be taking it back to Complete Automotive. I have to say that it very difficult to find a place that actually cares about the well being of the customers. This place is a gem! I am very thankful. more

Complete Automotive advertises that it's owner is a Christian. You'd think that implies the business is reputable and honest. (not) They are very nice, cordial and pleasant there but, that doesn't matter when they smile in your face while providing service that is no better than the undesirable dealerships.\r \r It appears that they milk their customers. Twice I've taken my vehicle there to have work on a particular system done; and twice my vehicle has broken down on the road because they neglected to completely repair the systems. So, I've had to take my vehicle back to them and then, they charge for diagnostics and additional work. To make matters much worse, there were children in the car when they broke down. \r \r I actually have a friend who told me they received a similar type of dis-service at Complete Automotive.\r \r That's the type of business Dale runs at Complete Automotive. They've lost this customer and anyone else I have or would have referred to them. more

I used to think that Complete Automotive was a great place to get work done on your car. I have recently changed that opinion. Having done work on my car in the last 6 months, they charged much more than their original quote. With my parents, every time they go in they need a whole new brake job costing hundreds of dollars. I believe they have started to take advantage of people and I would no longer recommend them to anyone. more

Dale runs a good, honest company. He's a Christian businessman and it shows in his work. He and his crew are trustworthy and honest. He's not the cheapest in town but he's got to be one of the best. We've taken all our vehicles to him and have been happy with the service. You want cheap, go to Pep Boys. You want good work at a fair price, go to Dale. more
