I have been taking my cars to Kevin at Complete Auto for at least 4 years. He and his staff are great at diagnosing problems, and quick at making repairs. Kevin stands behind the work that his shop does, and is great for any warranty issues. Kevin takes pride in providing a high level of service. He has a key drop for overnight car dropoffs, and he will pick my car up at the VRE train station to service it while I am at work. I get off of the train in the evening and my car is where I left it that morning and it is all serviced up.
