Immaculate Facility - Work as a Team 9/9/2020

Condition of building, the condition of the entire facility is in immaculate shape. Ratio of staff to patient is high, staff is friendly. I have always felt that they have my best interest in getting better and meeting my goals and that they have had this in mind as I work through my goals. I have talked to various departments and all seem to love their job, they always have time to talk to me, and I come from a service background and it is very important to see that. It has always been referred to as OUR goals, not my goals and that made me feel that we are going to beat this thing as a team. more

All the Nurses were nice and friendly. My therapist were good. Everyone has been handy and nice. I received good treatment. I would recommend this facility. more

So Happy 9/5/2020

I’ve been so happy here. In Therapy I have gone from one thing to the other and they are keeping me focused. I have always felt safe and I have always felt like anything I’ve asked for they gave me. I feel like they are my friends. Stephanie is the best OT, PG is the best PT and Gina is amazing. She is a great speech therapist and she was like a counselor to me. I love my room. They changed my bed for me because it was too high. Larry the maintenance man brought me a brownie, he is really nice and it made my day. I was able to visit with my son outside and it was very nice! more

Caring Staff 9/4/2020

Nursing staff has been really great. Therapy has been wonderful. All the way around it has been a good stay, because the staff really cares and wants you to get better, so they push you. more

Excellent Service 9/3/2020

I am really happy with all the staff. Excellent understanding, quick service, Therapy department is excellent. Kelsey and Hannah helped me with my therapy needs. Food is very excellent. I feel like I was in heaven with all service from therapy, to food, to Dr. G. Very clean facility. Nursing responded quickly to my pain or when I needed ice. I’m very happy with all my staff. Case Manager is responding and answering all of my questions quickly. Nikki my nurse has been very attentive. I am meeting all my personal goals. I can stand on my own. This is a fantastic organization. more

Very Good 9/2/2020

My stay was very good. The staff enabled me to go home. Overall service of the staff was very good. The food was very good, the oatmeal was really good. Kaitlin worked with me on my speech and played Yahtzee with me and beat me! The whole therapy team did a great job with my recovery. more

Everyone has been very nice and very helpful to my recovery. When I had a rough night Tiara took the time to sit with me and talk to me and that meant a lot. Very grateful for all the staff. more

Very Helpful 8/28/2020

I have had rehab a couple of other times at a different facility, and it is so much better here. I had a really good OT named Mel. Mel got me walking with a cane and working on my strength and made sure I could do all personal hygiene. My PT, PG worked my strength. My Speech therapist Gina worked on my speech and memory. The food was good. Dietician went over meal planning at home, I found that helpful. I had some really good nurses. Carrie my RN is really good and gave me the attention I needed. Kathy in Housekeeping was very helpful in getting me laundry bags and a warm blanket. Everyone overall was very helpful. Would definitely come back if I needed therapy again. more

Amazing Patient Care Experience 8/27/2020

Everybody has been really nice an helpful, explaining therapy exercises and how they will me improve. Housekeeping identifies themselves, explains what they are doing, and just before they leave they ask is there anything else they can do for me or get for me. I have not had one person come in that hasn’t asked me is there anything I can do for you or is there anything else you need. Amazing patient care experience. more

Helpful Recovery 8/26/2020

Everyone is real accommodating and make you feel comfortable, very quick to respond to your needs. I have enjoyed my stay, considering why I am here. Staff is willing to answer questions. Martha, RN is very helpful, takes the time to explain anything that I ask. Ally, PT is the sweetest girl and we share the same birthday. She is easy to work with and doesn’t over push. Brett, OT explains all my exercises and makes me feel confident in what I am doing. All three have been very helpful in my recovery. more

Wonderful Therapy team for Stroke Rehab 8/25/2020

It has been a pleasure to be here, under the circumstances. The staff is phenomenal. The staff has been helping me in every way possible and more. Sue from Speech has helped me progress with my speech and enunciation. Stephanie, OT has helped me by taking me through stages of recovery. I feel like all therapy staff have encouraged me along the way. Abby, PT has encouraged me to work hard by making therapy fun and worthwhile. They know how hard I am trying to go home and be self-sufficient. Ronald, PST makes me laugh and wants to encourage me. I would highly recommend anyone having to stay for some period of time to be able to go outside, my therapist Sue took me outside and I was able to smell the flowers and feel the breeze, it was so nice to be able to do my therapy outside. Abby took me outside and I was able to walk with a walker, t0 breathe fresh air and sunshine makes you feel good. I would highly recommend this facility and Therapy team for stroke rehab. more

Making Strides 8/24/2020

Everyone has been very helpful and made my recovery as easy as possible. Therapy girls are great. Come here with an open mind and be prepared to work. The nurses day or night have been wonderful, anything you need they provide. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Rooms are very bright and cheerful. I feel I made strides during my stay. more

Wonderful Facility 8/19/2020

Wonderful top rated! This is my 2nd visit choose facility on purpose from the first visit. Everyone is wonderfully nice and very willing to communicate. Tell me everything that is going on. Nurses have provided excellent service. Do not wait for any requests for any length of time. Therapy Department is top of the line. Push you enough to get results right on the verge of me being mad, but I know its for my own health. I work harder here than I ever would any place else on purpose. PG is marvelous in every way! PG knows her career in and out. Mel highly knowledgeable and very personable, top rated. Excellent food. David offered to go get chicken pot pies at Walmart for me. I will be enjoying one tonight, looking forward to it! Anything food wise, I was told just to ask as long as it was within my diet. I would come back here a 3rd time if necessary, I waited two days from the original hospital to be able to come here, and didn’t care. Well worth the wait! Emily, Amanda, Paula all extremely professional. more

Everyone has been extremely helpful and pleasant. PT and OT have been very professional, while maintaining a lively atmosphere to rehab you. The ladies I’ve had for Rehab their personalities have meshed really well with mine. more

Kindness is Priceless 8/14/2020

First stay was in February, this is my second stay, everyone remembered me and everyone has been very kind. To feel the kindness makes you feel very special and welcome. The therapy department is really good and working around my pain. Kelsey is a wonderful Physical Therapist and is helping with transfer from wheelchair to bed. more

  • We offer specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury as well as other injury and illness. Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.
